As for the red color, it has a lot of representatives: strawberry, tomatoes, watermelons, raspberry, sweet red pepper, cherry, red currents - here is a shortened list of products colored in red. The substances that give red color to the vegetables and fruit defend our cells from free radicals and help to prevent cancer and diminish the risk of heart diseases.
To finish, we stop by yellow and orange colors. Ebony and apricot, peaches and oranges, carrots and all the yellow juices can boast of this shade. They are all rich in vitamins A, B and C, flavonoids, carotenoids, which on the whole contribute to the improvement of the immune system.
