Green tea with ginger

Ginger root
Brew 1 teaspoon of green tea. Let it draw for 5 minutes. Strain it. Take a piece of ginger root (3-4 cm), cut it in small bits, add a pinch of cinnamon, take a couple of cardamom pods and a stick of clove. Pour the tea into a stainless steel pan and bring it to boiling, then keep boiling it during 20 minutes. Then add 3 teaspoons of honey and half a lemon (squeeze juice out of it and add it together with the skin). Then boil for another 5 minutes. Now let the tea brew for at least 20 minutes. Then strain it inside a handy teapot and pour it into cups.
This tea can be drunk both hot and cold.

Did you know? Ginger contains lots of beneficial agents, the main of which are: asparagine, aluminium, calcium, capric acid, chrome, choline, fats, fibre, iron, germanium, linoleic acid, manganese, magnesium, oleic acid, nicotinic acid, phosphorus, silicon, potassium, sodium, vitamin C. Ginger is a pain-killer, an anti-sweller, an antioxidant, an appetite whetter, a digestion improver, a breath freshener, a great tonisizer, a fatigue killer...

Enjoy your green tea with ginger!
